What I Believe
I believe life should and can be enjoyed. Yes there are hardship and heartache but there is also good and joy, we just have to take the time to find it. Trauma, betrayal and abuse can strip you of who you really are and who you are meant to be. I want to help you find all that you lost and all that you never thought possible. I believe with all my heart that healing and redemption is possible, but you have to want it. Peace and healing do not come easily or quickly but it is within your reach. It takes time and effort to create the life you really want. If you are ready to take your life to the next level then you have come to the right place.
Why Courage in Betrayal
Courage isn't the absence of fear, but to press forward despite it. There is so much fear in and around betrayal. Fear of abandonment, fear of not being chosen, fear of not being good enough, fear of what is next. Healing and finding recovery will require courage to stand up against all your fears.
